Redesigning the Mercedes-Benz website presents an exciting opportunity to elevate the digital presence of one of the world's leading luxury automotive brands. With a legacy of craftsmanship, innovation, and cutting-edge design, Mercedes-Benz has built a loyal customer base and a reputation for excellence. The opportunity lies in leveraging the redesign to create a digital platform that aligns with Mercedes-Benz's brand identity while meeting the evolving needs and expectations of its discerning customers. By implementing a user-centric approach, the redesign can enhance usability, streamline navigation, and optimize the presentation of vehicle models, features, and customization options.

SUMMARY

The current Mercedes-Benz website needed a facelift. Implementing new interactive components, more responsive design and sleek interfaces will help to further cement Mercedes-Benz as a pioneer of timeless design and luxury style not only in the physical world but also in the digital space.

The typography and colors for this new redesign preserves the roots and recognition of Mercedes-Benz. A modern and simple color palette with typography that is easy to read and highly recognizable.

With the new homepage I wanted to accentuate the new vehicles that are being offered in a more vibrant and welcoming experience. Once anyone comes to this page, they will quickly realize how easy it is to navigate and explore the different pages which were once very cluttered in the old Mercedes-Benz website.

The vehicles page is an opportunity for Mercedes-Benz to really promote their newest vehicles to potential customers. Utilizing new components like the vehicle card can give a quick snapshot of all the inventory Mercedes has to offer.

The original Log In/Create an Account pages were outdated and needed a new refreshed look to drive engagement and make new or existing customers want to enter the Mercedes Me platform. With this new redesign, the components are sleek and easy to understand in order to make a smooth Log In and Create an Account experience.
